Forms

Each user will have unique forms in the Brandify application. These forms allow users to generate their images quickly and efficiently.

To simplify access, Brandify sends the form URLs directly to users via WhatsApp. This ensures users can start using the application immediately without delays. However, it is important to note:

You must not share these links with anyone, as each form URL contains a unique ID and is tied specifically to your account.

Templates

Brandify offers two types of templates to meet different user needs:

1. Ready Templates


Ready templates are pre-designed by Brandify and stored in the template library. They are budget-friendly and allow users to get started quickly with professionally crafted designs.

Custom Templates


Custom templates are tailored to user-specific requirements. These templates take longer to prepare but allow for more flexibility and personalization.

  • Basic Templates:

Static templates where all fields remain visible and only text or number values change.


  • Dynamic Templates:

Advanced templates that adjust based on user responses; for example, if you select "Flat" as the property type, fields like "Land Area" will be hidden.

Credits

In Brandify, every image, PDF, or file generated costs one credit per generation. This transparent credit system allows you to keep track of your usage and manage your resources effectively.

Integration

Brandify facilitates seamless integration between forms and external data sources like Google Sheets, enabling users to dynamically generate PDF files and images based on pre-existing data. This integration simplifies workflows and automates repetitive tasks.

Google Sheets Integration


With Google Sheets integration, Brandify forms become smarter and more dynamic. Instead of manually filling in all the details, you can link a Google Sheet to your form, and Brandify will automatically fetch the required data to generate PDF files.


Here’s an example use case:


  • You have a list of employees in a Google Sheet containing their employee IDs, names, and other relevant details.
  • By entering the employee ID in the Brandify form, the system fetches the associated data from the Google Sheet.
  • A personalized PDF file is generated dynamically with the relevant information for the employee.

Custom Integrations
